In the state of Mississippi, some exemptions allowed for any home medical equipment or supplies, prosthetics, orthotics, hearing aids, hearing devices, prescription eyeglasses, oxygen and oxygen equipment so long as it is prescribed and payment was made under Medicare or Medicaid and any durable medical equipment and home medical supplies so long as they are prescribed.

EXEMPT
Sales of medical services are exempt from the sales tax in Mississippi.
